Italian Rotini Pasta Salad

Introduction

Rotini pasta with veggies and goat cheese Rotini pasta with veggies and goat cheese
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    12 oz. Whole Wheat Veggie Rotini
    1/2 tomato - chopped
    3-4 bunches of broccoli - chopped
    1/2 cucumber - peeled and chopped
    2 oz herb & garlic goat cheese
    17 slices of turkey pepperoni - chopped
    3 TBS of Kraft Free Zesty Italian dressing

Directions

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

While pasta is cooking peel and chop vegetables and pepperoni. Mix into a medium size bowl. Crumble in goat cheese then add the pasta and dressing and stir until well coated / mixed.

Each serving is approximately 150g. Makes 8 servings.
