IntroductionTofu, Quinoa, Kale, and Spinach plus lots of garlic... yummm! Tofu, Quinoa, Kale, and Spinach plus lots of garlic... yummm!
1 c. spinach
1 c. kale chopped
1/2 tbs. extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. quinoa (1/8 c. dry)
1/6 block of tofu extra firm
heat oil in a skillet
Add spinach and kale, then crushed garlic. Saute for a minute. Add diced tofu and saute for a few minutes when veggies wilt and tofu is hot,
Serve saute with Quinoa on top. Enjoy!
