Ingredients

    # *Shady Brook Farm 99% Extra Lean Ground Turkey, 20 oz
    # *Extra Light Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    # Onions, raw, 207 grams
    # Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
    1 clove of garlic
    # *Cheddar Cheese fat free Kraft Shredded, 1.50 cup
    # *Ians panko bread crumbs .25 cup, 3 serving
    # Egg, fresh, 2 jumbo
    # Thyme, ground, .5 tsp
    # Basil, .5 tsp
    # Oregano, ground, .5 tsp
    # *Black Pepper (Ground), 0.25 tsp

Directions

Preheat oven ot 375 degree. In a large skillet, over med. heat, heat oil. Add onions, peppers, and garlic. Saute until softened, about 5 minutes. In a large mixing bowl combine sauteed vegetables with all remaining ingredients. Pat mixture in to a pan coated with Pam. You can use a glass pie plate. Bake for 30 to 40 minuteso runtil a meat thermometer inserted in "pie" reaches 165 degrees. Cut into wedges and serve.
