Introduction

This is a light refreshing variation on cole slaw and very fast to throw together! This is a light refreshing variation on cole slaw and very fast to throw together!

Ingredients

    Fresh Express Cole Slaw (3 color shredded cabbage)
    1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
    1/4 cup Red Onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1/4 cup Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar
    Salt & Pepper to taste


Directions

Toss all ingredients together. You can sprinkle a few sesame seeds on top for garnish as well.

Makes (5) 1.5 cup serving (loosely packed)
