    1 cup brown rice
    2 3/4 cup beef or chicken broth( french onion soup is good too)
    1 can of mushrooms
    1 cup diced celery

combine ingredients bring to boil and reduce to low and cook for for 50 min. It is better if you do not lift the lid the rice is less likely to stick to the bottom or be sticky
