Mole Turkey Chilli

Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Turkey Breast
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    3 garlic cloves minced
    2 cups sliced mushrooms
    1 (14 oz can) black beans
    2 (14 oz can) diced tomatoes with liquid
    8 oz taco sauce (mild, medium or mild
    1 Chipoltle, minced
    1 tbsp cumin
    1 tbsp chili powder
    1 tbsp ground coriander
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1-1.5 cup chicken broth
    1 tbsp olive oil
    .5 -1 oz grated unsweetened chocolate
    salt and pepper

Directions

Heat the oil in a large pot and brown turkey. Add onions, green pepper and garlic. Season veggies with salt and pepper. Cook until green pepper start to become tender. Add the mushrooms and cook 1-2 minutes. Stir in the chipoltle, cumin, chili powder, coriander and cinnamon. Cook for 1 minute. Stir in the tomatoes, black beans, taco sauce and broth. Season again with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 30 - 45 minutes. Grate chocolate into chili before serving.
