Introduction

Ingredients

    1 pound of Ground beef, 85% lean
    About 1 cup of chopped onion
    About 1.5 cups of fresh mushrooms, slice and chopped
    2 fresh large eggs
    Parsley, garlic and/or other spices to your preference
    1/2 cup or more of breadcrumbs (pre-made or from whatever kind of bread you like, but we used half a hotdog roll here)

Directions

cook at whatever temp you usually cook meat loaf on
