Apple Sauce Cookies

Introduction

These taste better if you use all white flour instead of using half white and half whole wheat, but will add calories. My fiancee told me that the more of the cookie he ate the better it tasted. These taste better if you use all white flour instead of using half white and half whole wheat, but will add calories. My fiancee told me that the more of the cookie he ate the better it tasted.
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    1 Cup Splenda
    1/2 Cup Butter
    1 Cup Apple Sauce
    1 Egg
    1 Cup White Flour
    1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream butter and splenda. Add apple sauce and egg. Mix well. Add Flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix until blended. Drop by teaspoons on to cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Makes 18 cookies.
