cauliflower soup

Ingredients

2 tsp olive oil
1/2 onion
1/2 tsp tumeric
2 tsp paprica
2 medium cauliflowers
4 cans chicken broth (15 oz each)
2 tsp lemon juice
sour cream
chives
crouton
Directions
Heat olive oil in large sauce pan. add onions and sate until tender. Stir in 1/2 tsp turmeric and 2 tsp papricka. Add cauliflower broken into florets and chicken broth. Bring to boil, over and simmer until cauliflower is tender, about 15 minutes.
Add 2 tsp lemon juice and process soup in blender until smooth. Serve soup hot topped with dollop of sour cram and chopped chives and croutons
