Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    1 cup Olivio
    2 cup Sugar
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    4 Eggs large
    1 cup Flour
    2/3 cup Hershey's Cocoa unsweetened
    1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 cup Chocolate Chips - Hershey's Semi-sweet
1 cup White Chocolate Chips - Nestle Toll House
    1 cup Coconut - Baker's flaked sweetened

Directions

1. Heat oven to 350F. Grease 9" X 13" baking pan. (I like to lightly dust the greased pan with a bit of cocoa)

2. Stir together olivio, sugar and vanilla in bowl. Add eggs; beat well with spoon. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually add to egg mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in semi-sweet chips, white chips & coconut. Spread batter evenly in prepared pan. Take a few white chips & coconut & sprinkle across the top...when finished baking immediately while still hot sprinkle with a bit of colored sugar for a festive look if desired.

3. Bake 30 - 35 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Cut into squares. About 30 brownies.
