Baked Potato Casserole

Introduction

This can be made ahead of time. Great for when company's coming. This can be made ahead of time. Great for when company's coming.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    6 large potatoes, (with or without skins) baked and cubed.
    1 cup reduced fat sour cream
    1 can of cream of chicken soup. (can use reduced fat for fewer calories)
    1/2 cup of fat free half & half
    8 oz of 2% cheddar cheese
    3 table spoonsof butter, melted

Directions

Place the cubed already baked potatoes in a greased 9x13 pan.

Mix together the sour cream, soup, half & half and cheese.
pour over the potatoes.

When ready to bake, drizzle the melted butter over the potatoes.

If baking now, cover with alum. foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

If you will be refrigerating this and baking later, cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
