Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 slices whole wheat bread (12-grain works best)
    1 can drained salmon
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 cups evaporated skim milk
    4 Tablespoons chopped onion
    4 Tablespoons chopped celery
    1 Tablespoon dried parsley
    1 Tablespoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon minced garlic
    1 teaspoon dried dill weed
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    4 dash black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat 9x9 baking dish with cooking spray. In bowl break bread into small pieces. Mix in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
