Mushroom Beef Pot roast

Introduction

Easy to throw together in the morning and forget about all day. Has a nice gravy too, for those of us who cant have a roast without gravy. Easy to throw together in the morning and forget about all day. Has a nice gravy too, for those of us who cant have a roast without gravy.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 2.5 Roast
    5 small potatoes peeled
    1/2 cup each of white wine and chicken broth
    1 large onion corsely chopped
    2 cuos chopped carrots or baby carrots
    2 cans healthy choice cream of mushroom soup
    minced garlic, salt, and pepper (to taste)

Directions

Plsce chopped veggies in crockpot. Add wine and broth with desired seasoning. Brown roast in nonstick pan on all sides (about 3 minutes per side). Place roast on top of veggies. Top with mushroom soup. Cook on high for 4-5 hrs or low for 7-8 hrs.
Serving is 4 oz of roast with veggies
