Karen's Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

    Macaroni, american cheese, cheddar cheese, mexican blend cheese, skim milk, butter and flour

Directions

Boil macaroni per directions. Drain. In pot place butter and melt. Add flour to make a rue. Add milk and then melt in cheeses. Pour in drained macaroni and stir. Serve like this or bake with a few cracker crumbs on top.
