Beef Chuck roast( 2lbs.) celery (2 long stalks) onion (1 small) potatoes (5 large) baby carrots (about 20) cream of mushroom soup (1 can) Diced Tomatoes(1 can-basil,garlic and oregano)
Cut Roast into small chunks. Place into pan and brown on both sides. Add diced up onion and diced up celery.Add about 6 cups water. add tomatoes and mushroom soup. Mix well. Add carrots and chopped potatoes.Bring to boil for about 10 min.Cover and boil on low for about 2.5 hours.
