Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    2 bags (24oz total) white chocolate chips
    3 cups pretzel stick pieces (broken into small pieces, then
    measured)
    2 cups dry, salted peanuts

Directions

Melt morsels in double boiler, or in Microwave. (for microwave heat on high for 1 minute, then stir. Continue heating in 15 second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and melted.)
Stir in pretzels and peanuts with flexible spatula.
Line an edged cookie sheet with wax or parchment paper. Spread mixture evenly over cookie sheet and let sit a few hours until firm (or refrigerate for at least 15 minutes until firm). Break into irregular pieces.
Should serve 30, but depends on the size pieces you serve.
