Submitted by: AUNTJENIVNumber of Servings: 10
Ingredients
-
14 oz Barilla Pasta Plus rotini pasta
1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli, 16 oz
2 cups cooked, diced lean ham
1 jar alfredo sauce, 15 oz.
1/2 cup skim milk
black pepper to taste
1 cup shredded Colby Monterey Jack cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and then add pasta. Cook until pasta is tender (about 10 minutes). Drain pasta. While pasta is cooking, heat the ham in a pot on the stove until any excess water has cooked away. Add broccoli and heat through. Add alfredo sauce, milk, and pepper and stir together. Bring to a simmer. Combine pasta with sauce mixture and stir gently until pasta is coated. Spread mixture into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Top with shredded cheese. Bake about 20-30 minutes, until cheese is melted and starting to brown. Makes about 10 one-cup servings.
