Ingredients

    Ingredients
    2.5 cups all-purpose flour
    2 teaspoon ground ginger
    2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 cup splenda
    1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
    1 cup molasses
    2/3 cup butter, melted
    1/2 cup egg beaters
    Cooking spray
    1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine flour, ginger, cinnamon, and baking soda, stirring with a whisk.

Combine granulated sugar and next 4 ingredients (granulated sugar through egg) in a large bowl, stirring with a whisk. Stir in flour mixture. Pour batter into a 9 x 12-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Sprinkle gingerbread with powdered sugar.
