Collard Greens

Ingredients

    Olive oil, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Onions, medium, diced
    1 or 2 bunches of beet tops diced
    collard greens, 1 bunch
    apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp
    1/4 cup water

Directions

Heat the oil. Add the garlic and onions and saute for about 3 minutes. Add the beet tops and cook about 5 minutes more. Add the greens, water and vinegar. Cover and cook for 7-10 minutes.
