cranberry applesauce - low sodium

Ingredients

    2 cups whole cranberries
    2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and quartered
    Cool Whip Topping
    (sugar or splenda to taste)

Directions

Add cranberries and apples to a non-stick saucepan (no water needed)
Cook on medium heat, stirring frequently, until you get the texture you like
Remove from heat and serve hot or cool with cool whip topping
