Introduction

This is so tasty. You can vary the type and amount of peppers for your own spicy desires. Remember the larger the pepper, the less hot it will be. Also - leave out the seeds of the peppers unless you like it hot! This is so tasty. You can vary the type and amount of peppers for your own spicy desires. Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    6 plum tomatoes
    Green chili peppers - 1 or 2 depending on taste
    2 cloves garlic
    Handful of fresh cilantro
    1/2 cup of chopped onion OR one entire green onion
    Juice of one lime
    Salt to taste
    1 tablespoon cumin

Directions

Put all ingredients into blender or food processor. Chop until desired consistency. Usually best after sitting in fridge for at least 2 hours. Serve with chips, or as a sauce/topping for mexican food entries.
