I think this will be one I make weekly!! SO yummy, and easy to make! I added a little bit of Morning Star Crumbles (about 1/4 bag), for protien and texture. Husband & I loved it and my kids ate it (that means it was good enough for my picky kids).
Very easy to make and March1976's review was very accurate--I could not tell the difference between this one and using "real" meat. I also used the veggie ground beef for convenience. My husband and son both loved this and asked for it to be repeated often.
I love stroganoff and could not tell the diffrence between this one and one made with real meat. I used the veggie ground beef that does not need reconsituting and used low fat sour cream to cut back on calories.
