Ingredients

    1 (12oz) bag Nestle semi sweet morsels
    2 (8oz) pack of cream cheese
    1 Tablespoon powdered decaf instant coffee
    2 Tablespoons vanilla extract

    5 (1/2 pints) of heavy cream
    1/2 cup sugar
    3 oreo cookie pie crusts

Directions

Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler. Add diced cream cheese and mix.
Add powdered decaf coffee and vanilla. Using a handheld mixer, beat at medium speed until velvety smooth. Set aside to cool.
Using a chilled bowl and beaters, whip the cream until stiff, adding the 1/2 cup sugar gradually.
Fold the chocolate mixture into the whipped cream until all is well blended.
Divide this mixture between the three oreo pie shells. Smooth the tops.
Invert the plastic covers that come on the pie crusts, over the pies. Crimp the sides closed and refrigerate. After the pies have set up overnight, serve or freeze for later.
This recipe yields 3 pies (24 servings) and is a crowd pleaser!
