Introduction

This is a simple pico de gallo or fresh salsa that I keep on hand to add to any dish. This is a simple pico de gallo or fresh salsa that I keep on hand to add to any dish.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    8 Roma tomatos, diced and drained
    1/2 white onion, minced
    1/2-1 Jalepeno pepper to taste, seeded and minced
    1 bunch Cilantro, roughly chopped
    1 Lime, juice of
    3-4 shots of your favorite Red Pepper Sauce (I prefer RED ROOSTER)
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 pinch Sugar, depending on your tomatos
    Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions

Dice tomatos and place in colander to drain for 10 minutes then place in bowl.
Mince white onion and jalepeno together and add to bowl.
Add cilantro, lime juice and hot sauce and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients and mix again.
Place in refrigerator in airtight container.
Allow to chill completely before using to allow flavors to blend.
