1 pkg Morningstar Farms Grillers
I 12 oz can crushed tomatoes
2 cups corn
1 cup sliced, cooked carrots
1/2 cup cooked asparagus
2 Tbsp imitation cream cheese
1/4 c reduced fat cheddar cheese
2. Heat crumbles and tomatoes in large skillet. Add wine and soy sauce.
3. Mash potatoes with sour cream.
4. Layer crumble mixture, corn, carrots, and asparagus. Top with potato mixture. Spinkle with cheese.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
