1 Can of Healthy Choice Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can of Water
1 Cup of Uncle Ben's Converted Rice
1 pound of boneless chicken breasts
Measure 1 cup of rice. Pour into small or medium bowl. Add Cream of Chicken soup and 1 can of water. Mix in the bowl.
Spray 8x8 pan to prevent sticking.
Pour mixture into 8x8 baking pan. Add chicken breasts. Cover with foil. Bake 60 minutes at 375 degrees or until rice and chicken are cooked.
