Introduction

potato dumpling with pork, old missouri recipe. can be made with whole wheat flour. potato dumpling with pork, old missouri recipe. can be made with whole wheat flour.

Ingredients

    10 large potatoes, 1 pound to 1.5 pounds pork roast, 2 cups of flour, 1 large onion chopped

Directions

makes 12 dumplings, dice up pork roast. put potatoes and onion in food processor and puree. put in large bowl and add flour dough ball will be sticky, form potato mixture around about 2 oz of pork to make a dumpling. will look like a snowball. using juice from roast , add more water or use chix broth, put in large deep stockpot and cook to boiling. add dumplings to pot and boil approximately 35 to 45 minutes or until poatoes look cooked.
