Introduction

German Style Dumplings. Low-fat and low-cholesterol when made with egg substitute. German Style Dumplings. Low-fat and low-cholesterol when made with egg substitute.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 1/2 Cups Egg Substitute (equivalent to 10 eggs)
    2 tsp Salt (I use Celtic Sea Salt)
    5 Cups Flour

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl using whisk until batter is formed. Drop by large spoonfuls into boiling broth. Dumplings will rise to the top when done.
