Cornmeal Mountain Pancakes

Submitted by: DYNAMICDEB53

Introduction

This is an old family favorite, comes from my great grandmother, they were farm folk. I have only altered the fat a little, you can use corn oil or margarine. I am sure that you can use whole wheat or craked wheat flour, I haven ot tried those yet but probably will. Also Smuckers makes a Sugar-free Breakfast Syrup, it is thick and taste very good, very frw calories. This is an old family favorite, comes from my great grandmother, they were farm folk.
