* 2lbs russet potatoes
* Heavy Cream, 1.5 cup
* Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp
* Garlic, 2 cloves chopped
* Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup
+ 1 sprig of fresh thyme
+ salt and pepper
In a small saucepan heat heavy cream, nutmeg, garlic and thyme.
While that's heating spry a casserole dish with Pam. Make a layer of potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
Pour a little of the cream over potatoes, sprinkle with some parmesan cheese. Make 2 more layers.
Bake for 45 min, sprinkle with remaining parmesan and broil for 5minutes.
