Number of Servings: 35

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Instant, Quick, and Regular Oats Cereal, 2 cup, dry, yields
    Oat Bran, .5 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1/4 c
    Wheat Germ, 1/4 c
    Soy protein isolate, 4 oz
    Sucanat, 1/4 c
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup
    Greek Yogurt, Plain, 12 oz
    Natural Peanut Butter 2 tbsp
    Almond Butter, 2 tbsp
    Agave nectar, 2 tbsp
    Sea Salt, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp
    Grapeseed Oil, 2 1tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    sliced almonds, 1/4 c
    Cranberries, dried, sweetened 1/4 c
    Raisins, golden seedless, 1/4 c
    Pumpkin Seeds, 1/4 c

Directions

Preheat oven to 350, coat a 13"x9" banking pan w/ cooking spray. Mix all ingredients. Coat hands w/ spray (it will be sticky). Spread into pan. Bake 20 minutes or until top begins to turn brown. You can alter the baking time to your taste: moist vs drier. Let cool. Cut into 35 squares. (you can adjust the square size, which will adjsut the nutrional informaiton.)
