    * Jimmy Dean Regular Sausage Patty, 6 serving
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    * Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
    * Egg, fresh, 18 large
    * Heavy Whipping Cream, .25 cup, whipped
    * Water, tap, .50 cup (8 fl oz)
    * Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, .50 tsp
    * *Onion powder, 1 tbsp
    * Tabasco Sauce, .25 tsp


Cook Sausage according to package directions. Chopping meat into small bite sizes. Take off Burner and let cool. Slightly sautee vegetables and add to sausage. Mix eggs in a bowl adding shredded cheddar cheese and then adding sausage, vegetable ingredients, and spices. Mix well and then pourr into 13x9 casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45- 50 minutes and then let stand 5 minutes.
Serves 12.
