Tuna Cakes for 1

Introduction

Makes 2 tuna cakes using 1 reg can tuna and no egg yolk Makes 2 tuna cakes using 1 reg can tuna and no egg yolk
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    140 gr tuna
    1 very small onion
    1 slice whole wheat bread
    1 egg white
    salt, pepper
    dash worchestershire sauce

Directions

Makes 2 small cakes, let set in fridge for an hour before cooking

Put everything in small food processor, whiz up. Form into two cakes, put in fridge for an hour before cooking.

Fry with a bit of Pam in a frying pan til done.

Eat with some lemon juice on top.
