Ground Turkey, 450 grams
*Mozarella Cheese (part skim, low moisture) 1oz, 6 oz
*Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1.5 cup
*Onion (Yellow), 1 med, raw, 1 serving
Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia)
salt per taste
pepper as per taste
cook the ground turkey and onions till done.
add half the grated cheese , tomatoes to the cabbage and turkey mix and put them in a baking pan and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake at 350F till the cheese melts (i put it in for 20min).
