2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup sour cream
1 cup light whipping cream
2 cups shredded coconut
2 cans mandarin orange slices, well drained.
1 can pineapple tidbits, well drained.
2 tsp sugar
Add orange slices and pineapple. Make sure they are well drained (I pat them dry with paper towel).
Whip cream and sugar together, fold into marshallow/fruit mixture. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
