*moong dal, 1.5 cup
*Rice, white, long-grain, regular, raw, enriched, .5 cup
Ginger Root, 5 slices (1" dia)
*Jalapeno pepper raw (1 pepper)., 5 serving
*Large Onion Raw, 1 serving
salt to taste
Fry the chopped onion, ginger, jalapenos till the onions turn brown.
Then make the crepes and once its done, stuff with the onion mixture and serve with any pickle or chutney.
