Ginger Root, 1 cup slices (1" dia)
Jalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper
Brown Sugar, 3 tsp unpacked
*Tamarind Concentrate, 25 gram(s)
*Cumin seed, 1 tbsp
canola oil- 2tbsp
Then add tamarind, brown sugar to this and mix well.
heat some oil and roast the cumin seeds and add the ginger mix and roast it till the raw smell goes away and store in container and refrigerate it after IT COOLS DOWN.
