Lima beans = 1- small can of Lima beans
carrots = 1- pound bag of baby carrots sliced
celery = 1 stalk of celery....sliced
1 - Large can of Diced Tomatoes
Instant cook Barley = 1 - cup uncooked barley
4- Morning Star Veggie Burgers crumbled up
6- cups of water for pre- cooking raw veggies.....
