    3 CUPS SUGAR
    1 CUP OIL
    2/3 CUPS WATER
    2 TSP BAKING SODA
    1/2 BAKING POWDER
    1 1/2 SALT
    4 LARGE EGGS
    2 CUPS COOKED PUMPKIN (LIBBY'S IS THE BEST)
    3 1/3 CUPS OF FLOUR
    1/2 TSP GROUND CLOVES
    1/2 TSP GROUND CINNAMON
    1/2 TSP GROUND NUTMEG

Directions

PUT ALL INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE BOWL AND MIX WELL

SPRAY LOAF PANS WITH PAM

POUR INTO 8 X 3 3/4 X 2 3/8 LOAF PANS FILLING EACH PAN HALF FULL - THIS SHOULD GIVE YOU 4 PANS

BAKE FOR 1 HOUR IN A 350 OVEN

SLICE EACH PAN INTO 1/2 INCH SLICES - YEILD 56 SERVINGS
