Ingredients

4-5 small red potatoes, diced
1 cup ham, diced
1 cup Cheese, shredded
6 large eggs
1cup milk (i use 1%)
1 T margarine
1 T Johnny's Seasoning Salt
Directions
*place diced potatoes in 9x9 baking dish, top with Margarine and Johnny's Seasoning salt.
*bake at 350 for twenty minutes, stir potatoes halfway through baking time
**while potatoes are baking, dice ham, grate cheese, and mix the eggs and milk (like making scrambled eggs).
*after potatoes have baked for twenty minutes, top with diced ham and grated cheese, then pour the egg/milk mixture on top.
*bake for 25-30 more minutes at 350, then let cool for 5 before serving.
