sweet potato casserole

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 1/4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
    4 tbsp light butter
    1/4 c. 1% milk
    1/3 c. white sugar
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    1 lg egg
    12 tsp splenda brown sugar (1/4 cup)
    1/4 whie flour
    3 tbsp light butter
    1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

Mix all but the last 4 ingredients together and place in a 8x8 baking dish.
combine the last 4 ingredients and cut in the butter to make a crumbly mixture. sprinkle on top of sweet potato mixture and bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
