Red Wine Turkey Chop Suey with Mushrooms

Ingredients

Olive Oil (1 tbsp)
Ground Turkey (10 ounces)
Mushrooms (8 ounces)
1 Medium Onion
Red Wine (4 fl. ounces)
Flour (1 Tbsp)
Tomato Sauce (2 cups)
Pasta (5 ounces)
Oregano
Garlic Powder
Directions
Dice onions.
I a large skillet combine the diced onions and the ground turkey on medium high heat. When turkey is almost done, add mushrooms and red wine. Bring red wine to boil. Add oregano and garlic powder (to your liking). I just throw in however much I feel like that day... depends on how much seasonings you like.
Reduce heat to medium. Add tablespoon of flour and stir until slightly thickened. Add tomato sauce. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes while pasta cooks in separate pot.
