Irish Oatmeal

Ingredients

    1 cup Steel Cut Oats
    2 cups water
    1 cup skim milk

Directions

Bring water to a boil. Slowly stir in steel cut oats. When oatmeal begins to thicken (about 5 minutes) reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 30 minutes.

If desired, add fresh fruit, nuts, raisins.
