4 Morning Star meatless breakfast patties
2 Packets of dry Country Gravy
2 Cups of Water
4 Multi-Grain English Muffins (100 calorie)
2. Prepare packaged gravy. Once thickened add sausage crumbles to gravy.
3. Split english muffins and toast them. Once toasted spoon finished 1/2c gravy over both halves of muffin.
