Really good collard greens without all the fattening additives. So tasty the kids will eat them and with so many nutrients and fiber, your body will thank you : )

Ingredients

    1 lb bag collard greens, pre-cleaned, washed and chopped
    2 TBS bac-Os bits
    1 TBS olive oil

Directions

Put enough water in a deep skillet to fill about 1/2 inch. Smash collard greens down in the skillet, sprinkle with BacO bits and drizzle with olive oil. Cover tightly and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer to desired tenderness. Keep in mind, the crisper you eat them, the healthier they are.
