The very Green Smoothie

Introduction

After the holiday my body has not yet felt right, so I went to the health food store and bought some wheatgrass and then made a smoothie with what I had (Kale, mixed fruit and OJ) it came out DELICIOUS! And I am already feeling better :) After the holiday my body has not yet felt right, so I went to the health food store and bought some wheatgrass and then made a smoothie with what I had (Kale, mixed fruit and OJ) it came out DELICIOUS! And I am already feeling better :)
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Shot of Wheat Grass (organic, I use frozen + 1/4 c. water)
    1 c. Kale (I freeze the kale as well because after 2 days it begins loosing a LOT of its amazing nutritional value!)
    1/2 c. Mixed fruit of choice (I use faw small pieces of banana, strawberry, kiwi, maybe some pineapple- all frozen to preserve)
    About a 1/2 c. Orange Juice

Directions

Add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth!
