Ingredients

    Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 1 lb
    *Summer Squash, 2 medium
    Zucchini, 3 cup, sliced
    Baked Potato (baked potatoes), 3 cup

Directions

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cover with water. Add seasonings to taste. Cook on high 6 hours.
