6 oz portobello mushrooms 2 tsp olive oil dash salt dash pepper
Rub each mushroom with 1 tsp oil, Season with salt and pepper. Grill for 10 minutes over indirect heat. Makes 2 servings. Serve as a side dish with steak or serve on a toasted, lightly buttered hard roll.
