Basic Pizza Dough

Introduction

I adjusted this recipe to include some garlic and whole wheat flour. I adjusted this recipe to include some garlic and whole wheat flour.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 Cups white flour
    2 Cups whole wheat flour
    2 tsp of Garlic Salt with Parsley
    2 pkgs fast acting yeast
    1 1/2 Cups of warm water
    2 tsp light brown sugar
    1/4 Cup Olive Oil

    I add pepperoni, fresh mushrooms, moz cheese, and canned sauce. The fat is still high but I was able to cut the sodium which is something my husband needs to watch.
    I welcome ideas as to how to cut the fat, but Turkey Pepperoni has more sodium than regular.

Directions

I prebake the crust before I add the sauce and toppings and then wait to put the cheese on about 7 min. before the crust is done.
