Pork Tenderloin Potatoe Onion Country Crock Spread Kraft Zesty Italian Salad Dressing Salt & Pepper Garlic Powder
Cut the pork tenderloin appx. 1" sections. Wash potatoes and cut appx. 1" sections (leave skin on), cut onion appx. 1" sections. Place pork in foil (long ways) alternate pork, potatoe & onion - top with 1 Tbsp. country crock spread (spreading across the top of the loaf), add 3 Tbsp. Zesty Italian Dressing, garlic, salt & pepper. Wrap foil up around meat & vegetables, pinching together at the top. Bake in oven at 350 until done.
